Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail requiring a signature upon receipt. We are pleased to offer the following delivery options:

UK Shipping

Delivery within the UK is included in the price. We will aim to deliver your item within 3 - 5 working days. Orders received after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed after 5 PM on Friday will be processed on Monday.

International Shipping

Let’s Fly ships to most international destinations. International shipping costs £ 12.75 per programme. This will be added to your cart when you purchase the programme. We will aim to deliver your item within 7 - 10 working days. Orders received after 5 PM GMT will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed after 5 PM GMT on Friday will be processed on Monday.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Let’s Fly is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

Damages
If you have received Let’s Fly and any item has been damaged in transit, please take photos of the damage and report this to us at letsflyletslearn.com within 14 days. We will determine if we are able to make a claim with Royal Mail to be able to replace the programme.

Returns Policy

We totally understand that upon receiving Let’s Fly you may decide that this is not for you. If this is the case, we will refund you in full subject to the following conditions:

  1. Condition of Returned Items: All books and equipment must be returned in the same condition as they were originally received. This means:

    • Books: There must be no markings, writing, underlining, or highlighting in or on the books. Pages should be free of folds, tears, and stains.

    • Equipment: All equipment must be returned undamaged, with no signs of use or neglect. All parts and accessories that were issued must be included in the return.

  2. Time Frame for Returns: Returns must be completed within 14 days of receiving Let’s Fly. Returns beyond this period may not be accepted.

  3. Process for Returns:

    • Please fill out the Returns form to include your name, contact information, and reasons why you wish to return Let’s Fly.

    • Repack the items securely in the packaging box it was sent in.

    • Post the package via Royal Mail Signed For Tracked 48 (Medium Package) at your local Post Office.

  4. Assessment of Returns: Upon receipt, all items will be inspected to ensure they meet the condition criteria outlined above. Items not meeting these standards will be sent back to the sender, and the return will not be processed. Items meeting the criteria will have the full cost of the Let’s Fly Programme and the return postage refunded.
